Mail In Ballot
In Person Elections take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in Lakeside Lodge between the hours of 3 PM to 7 PM.
Voting machines will be available.
Election results will be announced the following day (September 11, 2024) at the Open Board of Trustees Meeting at 7 PM in the PAC located in Timberland Hall.

Your Mail In Ballot must be received in the Association Office or dropped off in the yellow mailbox outside of Lakeside
no later than 4 PM on
September 6, 2024.
Proxy Designation
An Owner may designate someone else to vote on their behalf.
This can be revoked by the Owner casting a vote In Person on Election Day on
September 10, 2024 or by submitting an Official Mail In Ballot by the
September 6, 2024 deadline.
