The Activities Committee coordinates and oversees the numerous Clubs and Activities in the community as well as the organization of the calendar of events.

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (ADR) offers to any owner or resident a fair and efficient hearing process regarding a violation of the Governing Documents or neighbor to neighbor dispute.

The Architectural Control Committee insures the heterogeneous exterior appearance of individual homes and structures as well as the quality of workmanship required to maintain the community aesthetics.

The Budget & Finance Committee coordinates and oversees the preparation of the Annual Budget as well as the periodic review of the Association's financials throughout the year.

The Compliance Committee conducts community inspections to ensure the community is adhering to the Rules & Regulations.

The Voting Committee coordinates and oversees the annual elections for the Board of Trustees as well as any other voting on issues that may need to be presented to the Membership.
