DIRECT DEBIT

If you wish to have your maintenance fees automatically deducted each month by the Association please be sure to complete a Direct Debit authorization form and bring/send it to the Association Office along with a voided check. Even if you’ve been on Direct Debit all along, we need to make a fresh start with our new financial software and lock box provider. We will be processing the Direct Debits a little later in January in order to give everyone the opportunity to get the new form and voided check in to the Office. You’ll find the new form in the January issue of the News or you can download one from here (one section up).

COUPON

If you pay by mailing in your check with a coupon to the lock box you will need to start using the new coupons beginning in January. You should have already received the new coupons along with a letter of explanation but if you haven’t please let the Association Office know as soon as possible. You can continue using the same envelopes that you already have.

BANK AUTO PAY/BANK MANUAL PAY

Those that pay directly through their banks using Auto Pay or go to the bank’s bill pay and manually authorize a payment each month will need to let their bank know what the new lock box address is. You will also receive the same mailing as those who use coupons. The mailing will include a letter of explanation as well as a new coupon booklet and envelopes which you may use until your bank has made the necessary changes to your Auto Pay/Manual Pay.
