Your monthly maintenance fee  includes a $ 43. charge which pays for the community cable.  The community cable includes two HD cable boxes and approximately 250 channels.  Every household pays this.  

All other services, including internet, telephone and premium channels such as HBO are extra and are strictly between the homeowner and Xfinity.  Xfinity will bill each homeowner separately for those other services.

All residents are strongly encouraged to submit any issue you want to bring to the Board of Trustees' attention in writing.   This way, the entire Board has the opportunity to review your comments, discuss the issue and construct a written reply.  Please send your letter to:

Lawn Service for the individual home includes some chemical treatments.  Residents who wish to opt out of the treatments while continuing to participate in the Service may do so by contacting the Association Office.  See the full Safety Data Sheets for each of the chemicals used to treat the lawns.

 The Board of Trustees has implemented a Robo-Call systems to keep the community informed of upcoming events.  This is for your information only and requires no action from you.  

This is a VOICE ACTIVATED system and will wait until you say "hello" before starting to play the recording.  

It will pause a moment before it starts to play.  

DON'T HANG UP.  

Please be patient and give it a chance to play.  

If you are not receiving the Robo-Calls, call the Association Office to check what number we have on file for you.

You can get a temporary street parking permit from the Association Office Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM or from the Gatehouse after hours.  

The Gatehouse permit is limited in that it will expire on the next business day only so if you need more time than that, please visit the Association Office during business hours.

Trash pick up days are weekly on Tuesdays & Fridays.
